Self-help Group for Co-Dependency

Whether you're familiar with terms like codependency, narcissism, or gaslighting, or if you're just beginning to explore these concepts, you're welcome here. Our group will meet biweekly to discuss our journeys and empower each other to break free from unhealthy patterns.
